This is a 10mm 1 gram flash insert.
This is what I use in timed report can shells.
The tubes are hand rolled craft paper,
ID – 6mm
OD – 10mm
Wall – 2mm
Length – 55mm
Clay plug – 10mm
I plug the bottom with 10mm of clay then add my flash 1gram (add 10% titanium for a nice spark)
then cut a delay (Time fuse) and use wood glue on the first 10mm of time fuse to keep it in.
I then add two short pieces of quick match and tie on with a clove hitch knot and leave to try (12+ hours).
